Founder & CEO

Nina Fletcher brings a data-driven, customer-centric approach to strengthen operational efficiency and drive strategic growth. She believes employees are central to the success of any organization. Thus, it is imperative that due diligence is done to align an organization's goals with current and future employee needs.  Her motto is "teams that laugh together prosper together."


Nina grew up in Crown Point, Indiana, where her first vehicle was a black Ford F-150 with crank windows. Since then, she has traveled the world, gaining cultural perspective and engaging in conversations with strangers. She is a military spouse, mother, continual learner, and an extrovert with a northern sense of humor.
